City Slickers Dance and Fitness Company specialises in dance and fitness for adults of all ages. Tutors are both friendly and approachable with vast experience and fully trained and qualified. Members of the teaching team (both male and female) have toured the world as professional dance artist, have appeared on television, won awards for excellence in their field and have accumulated over 20 years experience as practitioners.
City Slickers Dance and Fitness weekend programmes have been specially devised by the team to provide you with a unique and enjoyable fitness experience. Specifically choreographed dance workouts and fitness classes will inspire and delight you, whilst improving your cardio vascular fitness and toning your body. Personal Fitness Trainers will motivate you to kick start, boost and improve your fitness levels whilst developing your confidence and self esteem.
