Laura Watkins
Laura is an IDTA Freestyle Dance Teacher. She has experience teaching ages from 6 months to adults. Laura has
studied many styles of danteacher and has taught and choreographed for schools ce
including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Street Dance, Contemporary, Latin and Ballroom.
Lianne Owen
Lianne is a quallified
dance teacher with lots of experience. She has a BA Hons Dance Degree with Leeds Metropolitan University and a PGCE teacher
training qualification with Edge Hill University. Lianne has taught Dance in numerous settings; Primary Schools, Secondary
Schools, FE and HE estrablisthment, leisure clubs and Private Dance Schools. She has worked with Ludas Dance Company in Lancaster
and perfromed at the Lowry Theatre and in the closing ceremony of Manchester's 2002 Commonwealth Games. Lianne has worked
with renowned choreographers such as West End's Patricia Denison and Kristin Lorello from LA. She has experience of a
wide range of Dance Styles and loves to transfer her skills to others.
Weronica Kawalek

stresses of everyday life, spend some quality fun time moving outside, this is for you! Yoga in the Cathedral Green
Park in Derby is for those with no previous experience of yoga, as well as those with more experience. Everyone is welcome!
The classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. You will have an opportunity to focus on and take
care of your Soma, which in Greek means your Living Body. We will be finding and exploring our inner movement, tuning
into breath and learning about all the benefits that Yoga can bring to our lives.
Cerys Vaughan
Cerys holds UK qualified teacher status and
is an IDTA qualified teacher of dancing with experience in teaching children and adults in the UK and overseas. She has been
a member of various Street Dance Crews who have performed and competed in the South East and has choreographed several dance
productions. She has trained at Bristol, Reading, London and Bangkok, with over 25 years of dancing experience, including
10 years Street dancing and 6 years of teaching. Cery believes that anyone can dance and welcomes beginners to her classes.
Yvette Barwood
Yvette Barwood
studied dance techniques for six years whilst at College and University under the Performing Arts Curriculum. She
has spent the last ten years practising dynamic yoga styles and has taught at various locations, including colleges, primary schools, local village halls and festivals. Yvette
is a keen fitness and well being enthusiast so her classes range from running circuit
style classes, to breathwalk and tone. She has trained in martial art forms such as kick boxing, boxing skills,
and Chi Kung so her class will be a mixed cardio and stretch workout.
Lamelle Kellett
Danie Street
Danie trained
as a professional dancer and completed a BA in Dance Development. Whilst training Danie discovered Salsa Dance and fell
in love with the freedom and creativity it allowed. She has worked as a professional dancer on
cruises and at many live events. Danie is qualified, insured and CRB checked, she has been teaching dance
for 5 years and specialises in latin styles.
Danie has also worked as an aerobics instructor and offers fun, high energy classes that combine dance and
fitness.
The classes will offer the opportunity to learn the basics of a number of latin styles whilst keeping
fit and most importantly having fun.
Hannah Richbell
Hannah is a fully qualified IDTA Freestyle Dance Teacher, and she has a BA Hons in Dance Studies. She has
taken ISTD examinations in Ballet, Modern, Tap and Jazz dancing and is a YMCA Exercise to Music and Zumba Instructor.
Hannah was a dancer for BBC's 'Lets Dance' for Comic Relief, Ealing Broadway and a dancer and choreographer with
Richard Marcel in Smooth Criminal Flashmob as well as dancer/extra in numerous music videos. Hannah has also completed an
intensive Salsa Training Course with Choreographer Richard Marcel. Hannah has regularly attended Pineapple Dance
Studios for the last four years; Contemporary Rock, Advanced Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop. Hannah has fallen in
love with Zumba as it brings together her passion for latin dance and fitness and it
has a real party atmosphere. She wants her class to enjoy it as much as she does so come along and party with her!
Luke Baker
Hi there my name is Luke, l have a
huge passion for health and fitness. l'm currently a competitive athlete and Latin dancer and currently setting up my
new fun filled, energising class Ballroom Blitz. Following the huge success of Strictly Come Dancing, Ballroom
Blitz brings the show to life. Taught as a partner free or partner based fitness class, Ballroom Blitz teaches dance styles
including jive, cha cha cha, waltz, foxtrot and quickstep. This easy to learn format is suitable for all levels, no matter
what your Ballroom experience. Expect great fitness results, plenty of fun and experience a slice of ballroom magic.
Emma Hall
Emma trained
at Hillsborough Leisure Centre in Sheffield for her studio instructor qualification and has taught classes at Kings College
University in London, Leeds Metropolitan University and is now a member of the City Slickers Team. She is currently undertaking
a post graduate diploma to qualify as a dietician. Emma teaches high impact aerobics classes
and since working with City Slickers has taught outdoors classes! She enjoys keeping fit, often taking part in charity runs
and greatly enjoys teaching her energetic classes to others.
Daniel
Dowgiel
Daniel is registered To REPS and is fully qualified Boxercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and
Circuit Instructor. City Slickers proudly presents 'Outside Boxercise' the amazing new class taking
the UK by storm. Designed for all mixed abilities and backgrounds for a fun and challenging session! Boxercise
aims to encourage weight loss, muscle toning, general fitness, co-ordination, balance and agility. All equipment
provided but make sure you bring along a bottle of water, a towel and positive energy. So if you would like to
achieve your goals through the fantastic 'Outside Boxercise' then come along to make your goals become
a reality!
Helen Tagg
Helen trained
as a professional dancer, specialising in musical theatre and commercial jazz. She has taught and performed both in the UK
and abroad. Credits include: Dance captain and production vocalist for Thompson Holidays (Tenerife) Backing Dancer for JAMES BROWN
TRIBUTE ACT (menorca/Ibiza) and Production Dancer in Trevor Chances LEGENDS Show on Blackpool's Central Pier. Helen has performed
for numerous corporate dance events, notably with the PINEAPPLE CHEERLEADERS. Helen is a qualified dance nationwide
as well as the renowned Jersey Academy of Dance on the Channel Island. She recently choreographed for the LET'S
DANCE production at the Brighton Dome. From gaining over ten years of performance and teaching
experience, Helen’s class will offer a fun dance workout to an upbeat soundtrack of the latest chart tunes. Come along
and Let loose, learn the moves and get your groove on! Helen is First Aid trained, has Public Liability insurance and
is fully CRB Checked; she looks forward to meeting you and welcomes complete beginners to her
class.
Laura Pearce
Laura is an experienced yoga teacher with training in Hatha yoga from the traditional centre in Kerala, south India.
She has taught yoga around the globe and extensively in Brighton and London. In her own practice she has explored
several different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, yin, kundalini and vinyasa flow yoga. Laura teachers using clear
simple instructions, and whatever ability level you can expect a challenging, dynamic, fluid and intense session.
Laura is also a qualified box-fit instructor and is a keen boxing and martial arts aficionado. She is also well versed
in nutrition and food psychology, a passion of hers which ignited during her psychology degree completed at Sussex University.
Natalia Szewczyk
Natalia Szewczyk was born in Poland and currently is studying dance in London. During 12 years of her training she tried different styles and techniques
like jazz, ballet, contemporary dance, street dance, hip hop, salsa, house, commercial dance
and others. Natalia worked with some of the best choreographers and teachers in the world. Although she put her focus on hip
hop and street dance, her classes are a mixture of different styles. Always full of energy and
enthusiasm will provide you loads of fun and sweat to the beat of the chart hits. Join the class and give your summer a rhythm!
Pip Daffurn

Daffurn trained within the likes of Legat School of Ballet, Italia Conti and Anna Shier.Working with many dance companies within the performance and entertainments industry, this
has given her the knowledge to be a successful dance teacher.Trained as a chechetti Ballet dancer and a limone technique contemporary dancer,
Pip adds a different style and technique to the classes she teaches.A qualified Level 3 exercise to music instructor (currently finishing the theory)Having worked with leading and highly resepected choreographers
such as Siobhan Davies, this has enabled Pip to look at dance choreographically in a interesting and exciting new way which reflects in the dance classes she
teachesBe prepared for Pip’s dance classes
ranging from Ballet to fitness with commercial, hip hop, capoeria, contemporary in between. All
classes are for all levels!
